Order Processing Time

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Important Notices

Incorrect address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for the loss. Hibird does not offer replacements or refunds.

Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to the recipient’s failure to collect it, the customer bears the associated costs.

No changes after shipping: Once an order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.

Order Cancellation
