Return & Refund Policy

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, connect with our Support Team(support@hibird.com) through the live chat on our website within 60 days of receiving your product. Our team will assist you every step of the way.

  1. In your return request, we ask you to provide your order number, name, the email address you used to make the purchase, and the list of the products you wish to return. 
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address. You may choose either: a full refund or a replacement. Please make sure to include all original items.
  3. Return shipping must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the return instructions. If we do not receive your return within that period, we may decline the return/refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return/refund:
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All original accessories, documentation must be included.
  • The original packaging must remain intact.
  • No signs of misuse, wear, or damage (unless defect).

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • If returned for a buyer’s personal reason (e.g. changed mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If returned due to defective product or quality issue, Hibird will provide a prepaid return shipping label (cost covered by us).

Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once we receive the returned package and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or ship a replacement.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a refund confirmation via email, then your bank/ payment provider will handle the rest.
  • For replacements: we will dispatch a new item as soon as return is approved.

Warranty for Defective / Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos/videos as proof.
  • Once verified, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, at our discretion.
  • Hibird reserves the right to use new or refurbished items/components as replacement, or — if the original model is no longer available — a comparable model with similar functionality.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under buyer-change reasons:
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories/documents.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear (unless quality issue).
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items.

Disclaimer

  • Only approved return requests are accepted. Hibird reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above return conditions.
  • Hibird does not assume ownership of returned items until they are received at our fulfillment center.
  • All returns must be shipped — we do not accept in-person drop-offs.
